This profile represents an aircraft captured by Germans and tested in Germany.
The example is one of 22 captured in near flyable condition in the first days of war.
The codes are only partially visible; they could be CT+SV.

Its charachteristics look to be:

early type, without slats, without radio gear;
possibly painted with the original Soviet colors AII green;
the lower part of the nose, and of sides, looks painted in some medium color, possibly RLM grau 02 and/or 63;
the aircraft was coded and flown, so it is possible that its whole undersurface was painted yellow.
